Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
If you wish to return an item for refund or if you need to exchange it for a different product of the same or lesser value, please contact us by email within 30 days of purchase please return it in original packaging with a copy of your order and a note as to what you need.
Incorrect or Defective Merchandise:
If you received incorrect products or have missing products, please email us about the situation and we will get you taken care of.
If you ordered a product and after installing it and normal use of the product, something failed or a defect became apparent, please email us about the situation.
Please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs when a product is returned for refund unless we made an error in processing the order. Items returned for refund or exchange must be in new, unaltered condition in the original packaging with original product inserts accompanied with a copy of your sales invoice or packing slip. Items returned worn or damaged will not be refunded unless the part was defective. We reserve the right to inspect the product and make a determination.
When returning a product for any reason, please ship with appropriate tracking and insurance. This will ensure you are covered if the shipment is lost in transit. We will not issue a refund for products that have been lost or damaged in transit while being returned. Those will need to be handled with a claim by the shipper with the carrier. We will not accept COD shipments.
If you purchased your product from one of our dealers, you will need to contact them directly regarding their return and exchange policy for returns or exchanges. If it is a warranty issue for a product defect, you can contact us directly if it is one of our products.
When returning a product:
