How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchange Policy:
If you wish to return an item or exchange it, it must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made an error. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, unaltered condition in the original packaging with original product inserts accompanied with a copy of your sales receipt or invoice. Items returned damaged or with parts missing will not be refunded unless the part was defective.

We will not issue a refund for products that have been lost or damaged in transit while being returned. Those will need to be handled with a claim by the shipper with the carrier. We will not accept COD shipments.

If you purchased your product from one of our dealers, you will need to contact them directly regarding their return and exchange policy.

Please call customer service by telephone at 850-217-3021 or by email at prior to returning the product to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number.
  • Pack your item including all parts, original packaging, product inserts and any additional materials
  • Include a copy of your receipt or sales invoice inside the package
  • You may wish to use a shipper with some sort of tracking system so that you may know your returned item actually reached us.
  • Write your RMA number on your return address label as shown below

There will be no refund for parts returned damaged or without all original parts.

Incorrect or defective merchandise:
If you received incorrect products that you did not order or defective merchandise please contact us by telephone at 850-217-3021 or by email at to discuss the issue. We will resend any replacement parts to you at our expense or issue you a full refund for the incorrect products or defective merchandise you received if returned to us. We will also provide you with a shipping label to return these parts to us at our expense.

Shipping Policy:
We charge your credit card when the parts you ordered are in stock and ready to be shipped. We ship via the method you select at checkout (Fedex, UPS or USPS) within 1 - 2 business days of your credit card being charged. If you pay by check, you will need to mail the check to us and we will deposit it. Once the check clears the bank we will ship your parts.
