Refunds and Returns
All items we sell have a minimum 30-day money back guarantee from us unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you wish to return an item for refund it must be done within the 30 days of the order date. We do not refund or cover shipping costs unless they are due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. If returning, please include the product in the original manufacturer's packaging and include a copy of your order and a note as to reason for return. You do not need to have a Return Authorization before returning the product as long as it is returned within 30 days of the date on the order.  Returns of products beyond 30 days from the date of the order will not be accepted unless it is for warranty replacement for a defective product.

Returns for Refund:

  • Please contact us by email at [email protected] if you have any questions.
  • Items being returned for refund must be received by us in new condition with all original parts and packaging within 30 days of order date unless the product was defective.
  • Full refund of purchase price of the product, less shipping, will be made using the payment method you originally used to make your purchase.
  • Items returned damaged or with parts missing may not be refunded.
  • All returns must include a copy of your order and a note stating reason for return.
If you ordered the wrong part:
  • If you ordered the wrong item and need a different item, please return it for refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Defective Parts:
  • Parts that are defective can be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Some parts carry a longer warranty, so if in doubt, email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue.
