Returns for Refund:
Defective Parts:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items we sell have a minimum 30-day
money back guarantee from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price. Returns beyond 30 days will not be refunded without prior approval. We do not refund or cover shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our part or a defective product.
If returning, please include the product in the original manufacturer's
packaging and include a copy of your order and a note as to reason for
return. You do not need to have a Return Authorization from us as long as it is returned within 30 days of the date on the order. Returns on products beyond 30 days from the date of the order will not be accepted unless it is for warranty replacement for a defective product in which case we ask that you email us about it before returning at [email protected]. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ANY RETURNS USING A LETTER ENVELOPE - USE A MAILER OR BOX AS APPROPRIATE. Letter envelopes go through different postal processing machines than mailers and will get ripped and parts will be damaged or lost. Parts returned using letter envelopes may not be refunded for this reason.

Returns for Refund:

- Items
being returned for refund must be received by us in new condition with
all original parts and packaging within 30 days of order date unless the product was defective.
Full refund of purchase price of the product, less shipping, will be made using the payment method you originally used to make your purchase. - DO NOT return parts using a standard letter envelope - this will result in lost or damaged parts. Use a shipping mailer or box as appropriate.
Items returned used, damaged or with parts missing will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may not be refunded. Please contact us by email first to coordinate. - All returns should include a copy of your order, or at least your name and order number and a note stating reason for return so we know what you need and how to handle it.
- If you ordered the wrong item and need a different item, please return it for refund and place a new order for the correct item.
If we shipped the wrong part or you are missing parts:
- Email us to inform us of the error and we will ship you the correct or missing item with a return label if needed.
- Parts that are received and found to be defective can be replaced by us with a return label to send back the defective part.
- Some parts carry a longer warranty than others, so if in doubt, please email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue.
