Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
If you wish to return an item for refund or if you need to exchange it for a different product, please contact us by email or phone within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist you. If you need to contact us concerning a warranty replacement of a product please just email or call us to discuss the situation and we will get you taken care of.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise:
If you received incorrect products in your order or you received defective merchandise, please contact us by email or phone to discuss the issue. If we need to ship you different or replacement products or if something needs to be returned to us due to an error we made or a defective product, we will cover all the shipping costs to get that done.

Warranty Replacement:
If you ordered a product and after installing it and normal use of the product something failed or a defect became apparent, please email us or call us so we can determine what the issue is and the best action to get you taken care of.

Please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs when a product is returned for refund unless we made an error in processing the order. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, unaltered condition in the original packaging with original product inserts accompanied with a copy of your sales invoice or packing slip. Items returned worn or damaged will not be refunded unless the part was defective. We reserve the right to inspect the product and make a determination.

When returning a product for any reason, please ship with appropriate tracking and insurance. This will ensure you are covered if the shipment is lost in transit. We will not issue a refund for products that have been lost or damaged in transit while being returned. Those will need to be handled with a claim by the shipper with the carrier. We will not accept COD shipments.

If you purchased your product from one of our dealers, you will need to contact them directly regarding their return and exchange policy.

When returning a product:
  • Pack your item including all parts, original packaging, product inserts and any additional materials
  • Include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip
  • If returning for refund, exchange or warranty issue please write a short note as to what you need
  • We recommend shipping with a tracking number and appropriate insurance on the package
  • Return merchandise to our PO Box address listed below
