We are a small, family and veteran run business dedicated to developing and manufacturing high quality, innovative products that are useful to fellow shooters. Our core product line is focused on iron sights which we are continuing to expand. We focus on designing sights that will give you a better sight picture, faster sight acquisition and improved low-light performance. We are always improving and we take customer feedback into account in deciding what to make next. We also pioneered the 9mm PCC buffer concept before PCC was the thing and worked closely with Kynshot to develop the ultimate buffer for the AR 9mm type firearms. This resulted in an extremely popular series of products that are used by many of the top shooters in the world and have been used to win multiple World Titles. We also worked with Kynshot to optimize their line of hydraulic AR15 and AR10 line of buffers to handle most common platforms on the market. If you need more information or advice on what is best for your gun, please feel free to reach out to us via email and we'll be happy to help you.
Background: I have enjoyed shooting all my life just as many of you have. My dad gave me my first gun when I was eight - a Ruger 10/22. A Few years later he bought me an M1 Carbine as my interest in guns and shooting increased. I've fired and trained with a lot of guns since then and have always been interested in their design and improvement. During my youth, I owned and became very familiar with many classic gun designs such as the M1 Carbine, M1 Garand, AR-15, Springfield and Enfield bolt actions, Remington and Ruger rifles, S&W Revolvers, 1911s, Sigs, Walthers, Remington 870 and Ithica shotguns, and many more. I studied manufacturing at Texas A&M and was a member of the Corps of Cadets after which I accepted a commission in the United States Marine Corps. I spent 20 years on active duty in the Marines and had the opportunity to gain experience at many levels. This included tours as a Tank Platoon Commander, Tank Company XO, Tank Company Commander, Infantry Battlation Intelligence Officer, Sniper Platoon Commander, Rifle/Pistol Team Captain of a championship 2nd Marine Division Team, Weapons and Tactics Instructor at an Air-Ground Weapons & Tactics School, Joint Tour to find ways to prevent friendly fire in combat, and supervising multiple types of intelligence units as the Director of Intelligence for the Marine Reserves. During my career, I trained on a very wide variety of weapons including numerous small arms, crew served weapons like light, medium and heavy machine guns, sniper rifles, grenade launchers, M60A1 and M1A1 main battle tanks, 155mm artillery cannons, rockets and anti-tank weapons, and even 20mm cannons and 7.62mm mini-guns on aircraft. While on active duty, I was able to qualify expert every time on both the rifle and pistol and even set a range record with the Beretta M9 pistol after attending a course at Gunsite Ranch. My personal firearms training apart from the Marine Corps includes rifle, pistol and shotgun classes at Gunsite, Thunder Ranch and many other shooting schools. I have also enjoyed competitive shooting over the years in Practical Rifle/Pistol USPSA and 3-gun type matches as well as skeet, sporting clays and hunting. Over the years I had many ideas for improvements to weapons and once I retired from the Marine Corps, Blitzkrieg Components, LLC was formed to bring some of these ideas to market.
The Blitzkrieg name was derived from my experience in Tank, Mechanized Infantry and Light Armor Reconnaissance operations where speed, maneuver and decisive action overwhelms the enemy and brings quick victory. The maneuver warfare concepts of today started with the German concept of Blitzkrieg which means "Lightning War". The same concept can be applied in personal defense as an armed citizen where quick thinking, good tactics and decisive action can end a lethal encounter quickly and save lives.
We hope you enjoy our products!

Due to a dramatic increase in call and email volume we have been unable to answer too many calls. So we decided to shift to using email exclusively to answer customer questions. It is the only way we can continue to develop, manufacture and ship products and still answer everyone's questions. We enjoy talking with all of you on the phone and helping you any way we can, but email is currently the only way we will be able to effectively serve all of our customers. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
