Getting a little older, the front sight was washing out on the standard LE black targets I have to qual on. Had to buy a MBUS Pro as well so I could use this sight, but incredibly worth it. A lot of contrast between the front and rear sights, and a huge difference in contrast between the front post and our targets. I was never going to be wearing my readers on the range, so this front sight allows me to significantly tighten up my shot group. There is also an obvious advantage to call-outs, especially at night when target discrimination and contrast really matters.
